Gday All

my first post for this website and forum.

Can anyone tell where I can, either, obtain a MH Carbine forend. Artillery or Cavalry doesn't matter which -
I have all the metalwork for both.
If there is a source of aftermarket forends would do - already have Treebone carving listed.

All and any alternatives and ideas welcomed

regards

Thanks 90th

The timber that came with it has been bodged from something else and just doesn't look right.

Didn't even use the rear cross pin - just put an 8mm self tapper in the back and lump of
2 part epoxy in the recess on the front of the action. One cartridge fired and the whole
lot shook loose. Good bit about it, it only cost me 180AUD.

Hi bluelamb,

There was a near mint MH Carbine for sale at the last Penrith Arms Fair. Asking $1400, so a fair price for one in that condition with all finish remaining. Almowt had a rush of blood and bought it !!
